This policy explains what personal data the English version of hawklance.ai collects and what we do with it.
Who is responsible
Hawklance FZCO (Trade License No. 51334, issued by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DIEZ)), Office 1203, Dubai Digital Park, Building A2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: legal@hawklance.ai.
What we collect
- When you join the early access list: your email address, the option you choose in the form (for example, “A developer”), the time you joined and confirmed, and a record of your consent.
- To protect the form from bots: Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
- When you browse: we count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage and doesn’t fingerprint visitors. Like any website, our hosting processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
We don’t collect names, phone numbers or payment details on this site.
Why we use it
- To keep the early access list for new features, tell you when they launch and reply to your request — based on your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)).
- To protect the site and the form from abuse — based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To be able to show that you gave consent — our legal obligation and legitimate interest.
We don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, the database for the early access list, bot protection and analytics.

They process data only on our instructions.
Where it’s stored

How long we keep it
- Confirmed sign-ups — until you leave the list, or 12 months after early access ends, whichever comes first.
- Unconfirmed sign-ups — deleted after 30 days.

Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it or limit how we use it, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time with the link in any of our emails; this doesn’t affect what we did before. To use these rights, email legal@hawklance.ai — we reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots.
Children
Hawklance has no age limit. If you’re under 16, ask a parent or guardian to join the list with their own email: the law requires their consent before we process a child’s data.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
