What you can’t create
- Realistic images or videos of a real person without their consent, including deepfakes and face swaps.
- Imitations of a real person’s voice without their consent.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
- Sexualized or “undressed” images of a real person made from their photo.
- Searches for a person by their photo, or any attempt to identify or track someone from images.
- Political disinformation: fake events, statements or documents made to mislead voters or the public.
- Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or calls for violence.
- Harassment, threats and content made to humiliate a specific person.
- Content that infringes someone else’s rights, such as copyright or trademarks, or that passes itself off as someone else’s work.
- Anything that is illegal where you live or where you publish it.

Everything made with Hawklance is AI-generated. [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: как маркируем — водяной знак, метаданные C2PA Content Credentials]. Don’t remove or hide this labeling, and disclose AI-generated content wherever a platform or the law asks you to.

Reporting
If you see content made with Hawklance that breaks this policy, email legal@hawklance.ai with a link or the file and a short description of the problem. [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: срок ответа на жалобу]
If the rules are broken
We may refuse a request, remove content, limit or close an account, and pass information to the authorities where the law requires it.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
